Have been so busy. Don't know how many of you know that I have son with Autism and this month is Autism Awareness Month. I decorated blue shirts for my whole family to wear on April 2nd for Marky. I've been trying to make more time my kids in the afternoon and therefore not much time on the comp. I also hadn't been working out as consistently as I had a week ago. I probably only got a couple of workouts in this week. I'm not going to get all anal about what day I am on Meta. That's just setting myself up for a disaster so I decided instead of doing 5+ days of more Level 4 that I'll just do Level 5 this week. I did it today. It was a hard level. Lots of reps. Funny how I expect TA to be done by the time the workout hits 30 min, but this level is a few min longer. I think all the moves you are supposed to do 40 reps except one of the plank moves. For cardio/yoga I did Buti 46. Loved it! Thought I wasn't going to do so good since I hadn't done a Buti workout for a while. They are tough workouts, but I'm glad my flexibility hasn't changed, but I still have a long ways to go.

Last year I sold my Heathered Flash Define. I hardly wore it because the color was soooo bright compared to the rest of my wardrobe. I do love the Cool Racerback and I have two of the flash crb and a couple of bras in that color. Lately I had been regretting selling my define so today I jumped on the chance of getting a Flash Light Define. I remember last year when I went to the Lululemon store I really liked the color but couldn't buy anything because of the wedding. Can not wait to get it!!!

I thought I would have more time to be posting on my blog this week, but have been super busy. My Spring Break is over. So sad!!!! Why did it have to end so fast. Anyways I'm going to make a quick post, but I'm really excited that I got my laptop back. It looks spanking new! Bad thing was they wiped everything off. I was not happy! Luckily for me I always back up my pics or else I would of cried. Bad thing is that some of my workouts weren't. Have to see how I am going to get back my Balletbody's. I had subscribed to her workouts since day 1 so I've lost 90+ workouts. Not cool.
Anyways I started Level 4 and I am so glad that its an easy level. 2 and 3 slayed me. I did not find 3 that much easier than 2. Level 4 seems like a walk in the park for now. Means that I probably should do harder cardio and Buti workouts. This past week that is all I have been doing. I've been loving the Buti workouts. Seriously I never knew that Yoga and dance could be so much fun. Plus they put fun music in their workouts too, that helps a lot! I'm quickly finding out that I really like the Kristina workouts. I used to do just the Bizzie workouts, but lately I've been doing Kristina workouts more.
I also FINALLY went to yoga class on thurs with my sister. I really liked it. At first it felt way too easy, but on Friday and Saturday, my arms were really sore! I'm guessing its from the slowness of the class compared to Buti! I shouldn't count Buti also as yoga. I want to go again, but with me not completing Omni today in the morning. My stomach was not feeling well from all the eating I've done. Not happy about that. I know we celebrated my son's bday this weekend, but still no excuse. Plus I also have to go training for Marky this afternoon. Wish classes werent as late as 6. I think 5 or 5:30 would be perfect. I will try to make it this week again. I also want to use my lulu strap that I scored on ebay for only 8 dollars. The girl didn't post a pic or the color. She just knew it was an aqua color. Turned out to be the color aruba which is very similar to my favorite lululemon color. The picture I took doesn't really capture the real color, but its beautiful!

This whole time change has really messed me up this past week!!! I had to take an unschedule rest day yesterday and had to make it up today. I'm on day 24 of Omni so I haven't been slacking on Omnicentric. I had decided this week that I was going to do other cardio instead of Tracy's Dance Cardio, but some reason that didn't really work out for me. I kept wanting to do some of her cardio workouts. I've also been doing more Buti. Love their workouts. This whole week I have been all over the place. I did ok getting up on Monday and Tues, but since Wednesday I just couldn't do it! It's not the same working out in the afternoons. I get interrupted by the kids and hubby. Sometimes I feel he acts like a kid himself. Been super busy too. Even though my son only had one therapy session this week, but with having to workout in the afternoons and having a potlucks and getting ready for Spring Break and my oldests birthday coming up. I'm just so happy that this week I will have my Spring Break vacation. I'm so happy that we are staying home this year. I just want to do some serious Spring cleaning and get my workouts back on track. Do stuff with my kids. Weather isn't going to be that great, but there is still fun stuff to do. I also am planning to take some Beginner Yoga classes at the local yoga studio. I have bought my 5 class pass about 3 weeks ago, but I knew I wouldn't be able to make it till this week. They have started beginner classes so those will be perfect for me. I am getting better at it, but I still want to do some pure yoga instead of Buti.

I am getting very excited because I am almost done with level 2 omnicentric. I'm going to be doing Omni day 19 tomorrow. Yesterday I almost didn't get day 18 done. I did not want to get up in the morning and convinced myself that I would do it in the afternoon. After work I went straight home and did it. I usually go to my moms house and hang out for a bit. By the time I get home I do not want to do anything most of the time. If I ever miss out a workout in the morning I will have to do this next time. Bad thing is that I do not want to make it into a habit. I find it SOOOO much better when I wake up early and get my workouts done. I also always wear my heart rate monitor and yesterday I just couldn't get my heart rate as high as I usually get it when I do Dance Cardio 2. I finally learned combo 7 so I'm pretty much done learning the whole workout. Now I just need to get better at doing that combo. I've been stuck on combo 5 & 6 such a long time that I need to move on to 7. I have also been doing my Buti workouts. I really like them so far. I actually did Buti 37. It's one that is not led by Bizzie. I thought I wouldn't like it as much, but I really did! I love the music and the instructor Kristina Cerna is pretty good too. I know the subscription is kinda pricey, but I think the music and everything makes it worth it. Feels like a real live class.

So starting tomorrow I am planning to do a little more yoga. I think I tried to do a yoga workout in the morning and I just didn't click with it. I might as well do them in the afternoon. Something short that is like 20 min. I got this week in the mail Shiva Rea's Daily Energy Collection which I bought because it lets you customize what you want to do for around 20 min. Sounds perfect for me!!!
I guess I'm adding to my list of goals is that I add more yoga to my workout routine. I need it! I need more stretching and some relaxing time. I'm also planning to change my cardio workouts this week. I will take a week break from TA's Dance Cardio and just do my other workouts. I gotta see what I want to do this week. Maybe I'll even do P57's Cardio this week!

I keep getting my numbers mixed up with the Buti workouts. I am now convinced that it is the Buti workouts that are making me really sore in my obliques. I didn't feel much soreness at all yesterday. Sure Omni is super TOUGH right now, but there must be some moves in Buti that are making me really feel it. Maybe it's all the stretching or who knows what? Buti 33 def has a little bit of more plyos in it, but for some reason my heart rate didn't go up until 20 or so minutes into the workout. I know I shouldn't worry much about it, but sometimes I just can't help myself. I was hoping to do something this afternoon, but that's not gonna happen. I'm already super tired. Just having some "me" time in front of the comp right now. But I'm so ready to hit my bed and ready to hit it again with some Dance Cardio in the morning and omni day 15.

Did Omni Day 13 today. I am getting better at the reps that I do for MS. Thank goodness. The last star plank move still gets me though. My arm just burns during this move. Some people say that Meta doesn't have enough arm work, but I really think there is a lot. My arms burn when I'm on all fours and she does a bunch of plank moves. I have 3 days down and 7 to go on this extremely hard level. For cardio did Dance Cardio 2. Have yet to learn combo 7. Maybe this week. I need to redo combo 5. I get a little lost, but I'm fine with 6. Today at night I did Ultimate Yogi's Short and Sweet 1 workout. I really liked it. I had done the Short and Sweet with Lauren before, but this was my first workout with Travis. I really liked it!!! Tomorrow it will be back to Omni and Buti. I have to decide which one I want to do before tomorrow!
